Speech output in Welsh as used in Great Britain becomes available to local Piper text-to-speech setups. It is useful for offline reading, language support, accessibility workflows, and projects that need Welsh spoken output.
This package is voice data, not a separate program. Piper or a compatible tool uses the installed model when synthesizing speech from text.
