Common voice files can be shared across Piper text-to-speech voice packages. This dependency package is useful for users and packagers installing voice models for the Piper TTS engine. It has no separate launcher and is used by the engine and voice packages. Voice data is low risk, though generated speech can expose private input text when used by TTS workflows.
