Speech output in Catalan as used in Spain becomes available to local Piper text-to-speech setups. It is useful for offline narration, accessibility workflows, language learning, and applications that need Catalan spoken output.
This package is voice data, not a separate program. Install it when Piper or a Piper-based tool needs this language voice for synthesis.
