Instant messaging accounts can be used from a graphical multi-protocol client. This GnuTLS-linked build is useful for users who need the classic Pidgin 2 client with that TLS backend. It is launched as a desktop application with the pidgin command. Messaging clients can expose contacts, presence, files, credentials, and chat content, so account storage, plugins, and network settings should be reviewed carefully.
