Description
Legacy PHP 8.1 extensions can be installed from the PECL ecosystem. This command-line extension tool fetches and builds PHP extension code for the matching runtime. It is run from a terminal with the pecl81 command. Extensions load inside PHP processes, so source trust, native build output, ABI compatibility, and production enablement should be checked before use.
