Description
Perl tools can emulate DNS resolution offline with programmable responses. This is useful for tests, demonstrations, and controlled diagnostics where real network lookups would make results unstable.
It is a developer and testing library. Offline DNS models should not be mistaken for live DNS policy, especially when testing security or mail-delivery behavior.
