Description
Spatial software can divide an area into regions based on the nearest point in a dataset. This is useful for maps, simulations, graphics, scientific analysis, and teaching geometry concepts such as nearest-neighbor regions.
It is a Perl library used by other programs. Results should be checked when coordinates are noisy, duplicated, or tied, because small input differences can change region boundaries.
