Description
Perl applications can build GTK 3 graphical interfaces through language bindings to the GTK toolkit. This enables windows, dialogs, widgets, menus, and desktop-style application interfaces written in Perl.
It is a GUI development library, not a finished application. Runtime behavior depends on the application using it and on the GTK environment installed on the system.
