Description
Perl 5 build and tooling code can copy files and directories recursively with a reduced implementation intended for toolchain use. This helps keep packaging and build workflows portable.
It is a support library for Perl tooling. Applications using it should still protect against unintended overwrites and overly broad copy paths.
