Description
Perl applications can parse and format W3CDTF date-time strings, a profile often used in web feeds and metadata. This helps software exchange timestamps with systems that expect that web-friendly format.
It is a format library. Applications should still define how to handle missing precision, time zones, and invalid metadata values.
