Description
Perl build processes can find an existing CMake 3 installation or arrange to download and build one when needed. This helps CPAN modules that require modern CMake to compile native components.
It is used during development or package installation, not as a separate CMake interface. Build behavior depends on the environment and on whether a suitable system CMake is already present.
