CPU and NVIDIA GPU peak performance can be measured from a development microbenchmark build. Performance engineers install it to test newer benchmark behavior and tuning changes.
Microbenchmarks can heavily load CPUs and GPUs. Run them with adequate cooling and avoid production systems under load.
