Description
Installs a PAM module that adds Kerberos v5 authentication support. Systems can use it to authenticate users against Kerberos realms as part of login, service, or enterprise identity workflows.
Use it in managed environments where Kerberos is part of the authentication design. Realm configuration, keytabs, clock sync, and fallback behavior must be correct to avoid login failures or weakened access control.
