Runs a caching proxy server for pacman packages. Multiple machines can download packages through it so repeated package downloads are served from local cache instead of the upstream mirror every time.
Use it on networks with several pacman-based systems or limited bandwidth. Cache configuration affects update freshness, storage use, and package availability, so monitor disk space and mirror behavior.
