Description
Broken or minimal Arch-style systems can be repaired with a statically compiled pacman that does not depend on the system libc. It is useful for recovery environments, chroots, and rescue work when the normal package manager cannot run.
Recovery package operations can overwrite core system files. Verify root paths, repositories, signatures, and mounted filesystems before installing or repairing packages.
