Audio and video can be transcribed with OpenAI speech-to-text, including diarization and cleaned rendering. Users install it when they need transcripts from media files without building a transcription pipeline themselves.
Media is sent to an external AI service according to configuration. Avoid submitting confidential recordings unless privacy and retention requirements are acceptable.
