Rust stable Sdk extension

Rust stable Sdk extension ships in the Flathub but the upstream metadata does not include a long description. Consult the package page or the project source at https://github.com/flathub/org.freedesktop.Sdk.Extension.rust-stable/ for the complete feature list, supported workflows and installation requirements. It is distributed under the Apache-2.0 AND MIT license. Sources can be inspected and rebuilt locally following the standard Flathub workflow.
