Runs a REST service for OpenPGP CA workflows. It supports organizational key-management operations through an HTTP interface for tools or integrations.
Use it only when OpenPGP CA functions need a network service. Authentication, TLS, access control, audit logs, and key-handling policy must be configured carefully before exposure.
