Provides OpenJade, an implementation of the DSSSL language for processing SGML and related document workflows. It is mostly used by legacy documentation toolchains.
Use it when a build or publishing process still depends on DSSSL or OpenJade. New documentation projects often use newer formats, but older sources may require this tool.
