Description
Provides an open source implementation of the Adaptive Multi Rate speech codec. Media and telephony software use it to decode or encode AMR narrowband and wideband speech formats.
Use it when applications need AMR audio compatibility. It is codec infrastructure and does not provide a standalone media player.
