Provides the 64-bit-integer OpenBLAS variant for linear algebra routines. It is useful for software that needs BLAS interfaces capable of addressing very large arrays or dimensions.
Use it only when the calling application expects the 64-bit integer ABI. Mixing BLAS integer ABIs can break builds or cause incorrect runtime behavior.
