Description
Provides the OpenCL Installable Client Driver loader. It lets applications discover and use installed OpenCL implementations from GPU or accelerator vendors through a common dispatch layer.
Use it when OpenCL applications need to run against vendor drivers already installed on the system. It is runtime infrastructure and does not provide GPU compute capability by itself.
