Development builds can manage OpenCHAMI services from the command line with newer changes than a stable package. This helps administrators or contributors test upcoming behavior in a CHAMI deployment.
It is a Git version of an administrative CLI. Use it carefully because commands may affect managed infrastructure and development snapshots may change behavior.
