Wallpaper layers can be composed for an ObsidianOS desktop environment. This helps custom desktops present backgrounds through a dedicated compositor instead of a simple static image setter.
It is part of a desktop environment workflow, not a general image editor. Install it when the matching ObsidianOS wallpaper stack is needed.
