Description

Coreboot parameters stored in CMOS or NVRAM can be read, written, and inspected from the operating system. It is useful for administrators and firmware developers adjusting supported coreboot settings.

Writing firmware parameters can change boot behavior. Record previous values and confirm board support before modifying CMOS or NVRAM settings.
