Security scan definitions for the nuclei engine can be installed as a template collection. This gives authorized testers reusable checks for known vulnerabilities, exposures, and configuration issues.
Templates are not a scanner by themselves, but they determine what nuclei tests. Review templates before use, because checks can send network requests and findings may contain sensitive information.
