Description
Chinese localization files can make the NsCDE desktop environment more usable for Chinese-speaking users. This helps menus, labels, and interface text better match the user language in that desktop session.
It is a language support package, not the desktop environment by itself. Install it when NsCDE is already used and Chinese interface text is needed.
