Accidentally committed secrets can be found with a prebuilt scanner package. It searches text files and Git history for tokens, keys, passwords, and other sensitive values that need removal or rotation.
Use it for defensive repository audits and cleanup work when installing the binary build is preferable. Reports may reveal real credentials or private data, so store and share the output with care.
