System shutdown, reboot, and similar power actions can be restricted when multiple sessions are active unless the user belongs to the power group. It is useful on shared machines where one user should not disrupt others.
This installs an authorization rule, not a visible app. Review group membership and policy expectations before deploying it, because it changes who can control system power state.
