Nix package expressions can be formatted with the development version of the nixpkgs-focused formatter. It is useful for contributors testing recent formatting behavior or following upstream changes closely.
Use it on files tracked by version control and review the diff afterward. Development versions may change formatting decisions more often than stable packages.
