Description
Used by programs that need native HTTP/3 support, such as browsers, download tools, proxies, and network services. It handles the HTTP/3 protocol layer that runs above QUIC, so applications do not need to implement that protocol logic themselves.
Most people receive it automatically as a dependency. Install it manually only when building or running software that specifically asks for this library.
