Administrators can temporarily act as another Nextcloud user for support or troubleshooting. It is useful when reproducing permission, layout, or workflow problems that only appear in a specific account.
Impersonation is highly sensitive because it can expose private files, messages, and settings. Enable it only with clear policy, logging, and user-consent expectations.
