Description

DVMRP multicast routing turns a UNIX workstation into a multicast router with tunnel support for crossing routers that do not understand multicast. It is useful for legacy multicast networks and protocol experiments.

Routing daemons can change network reachability and expose traffic unexpectedly. Use only on networks you administer, and validate firewall, tunnel, and routing policy before enabling it.
