Publishes an MPRIS 2.1 D-Bus interface for MPD, letting desktop shells and media controls treat the music daemon like a standard player. It is useful when MPD needs better desktop integration.
Desktop integration can expose track metadata and playback state to other local components. Use it in sessions where that visibility is acceptable and configure the MPD connection carefully.
