Stores shared Mozc UT dictionary data used by Japanese input method packages. It helps Japanese text input engines offer richer conversion candidates when typing kana and converting to kanji.
Most users install this through an IBus, Fcitx5, or editor-specific Mozc package. It does not create a separate launcher; it improves the data available to compatible input method engines.
