Description
Statistical machine translation models can be trained and decoded with the stable Moses toolkit. NLP researchers and developers install it when legacy SMT experiments or pipelines need the Moses decoder.
It is machine-translation research tooling, not a polished translator app. Output quality depends on training data, language pairs, and model tuning.
