Description
Digital voice modem hardware can be hosted and controlled for amateur-radio networks. Radio operators use this program when an MMDVM device needs to bridge supported digital voice modes with network services.
It is radio and network infrastructure, not a general chat app. Frequency rules, callsign identity, network credentials, and local amateur-radio regulations must be respected.
