Description

Encrypted ZFS filesystems can be unlocked during early boot with keys stored in TPM2 hardware. Administrators use this hook when ZFS encryption should integrate with platform-bound key storage.

It is a TPM2 and ZFS boot unlock hook, not a ZFS setup wizard. Recovery keys and tested fallback boot media are required because TPM or pool changes can block access.
