Description

GitHub repositories and matching local repositories can be created from a command-line workflow. Developers use mkgit when they want faster setup for new projects that should exist both locally and on GitHub.

It is a repository creation tool, not a GitHub security auditor. It may use account credentials and create remote resources, so review names, visibility, and authentication before running it.
