Arch Linux mirror lists can be managed through a Qt graphical interface. Users install mirrorlist-manager when they want to review, rank, or edit package mirror choices without manually editing the mirrorlist file.
It is a mirrorlist management tool, not a package manager. Bad mirror choices can slow updates or cause sync issues, so keep a known-good mirror available.
