Description

Configuration file sections can be enabled or disabled automatically by commenting and uncommenting matching blocks. Administrators and developers use mir.qualia when repeated config toggles need a scripted workflow.

It is a configuration-editing tool, not a settings UI. It can modify important files, so keep backups and test rules before applying them broadly.
