Description
Wayland-capable shells, kiosks, and compositor projects get display-server infrastructure through Canonical Mir components. Developers and desktop integrators use Mir when they need a platform for graphics sessions.
It is display infrastructure, not a complete desktop environment. Graphics behavior depends on hardware, drivers, compositor configuration, and the shell built on top of it.
