Description
Mobile IPv6 and NEMO experiments can be run with UMIP userland support that includes NEPL and MCoA patches. Network researchers and administrators use it for mobility, multihoming, and IPv6 protocol testing.
It is a network protocol daemon/toolset, not a general VPN. It can affect routing and IPv6 behavior, so use it only in controlled environments with clear network plans.
