Description
Adds AMD's MIOpen machine intelligence library using the HIP backend. Developers use it to accelerate neural network and machine learning operations on supported AMD GPU hardware.
Most users install it as a dependency for compute or AI software. It requires a compatible GPU software stack and does not provide a standalone graphical application.
