Description
Adds the winpthreads library used by MinGW-w64 builds that need POSIX-style threading on Windows. It helps code written for pthreads compile and run in a Windows target environment.
This is mainly a dependency for cross-compiled programs and developer toolchains. It does not provide a desktop launcher or a command meant for everyday use.
