ZIP file creation and extraction can be added to Windows-targeted tools through the classic minizip code based on zlib. Developers use it for installers, importers, document containers, and small archive workflows.
It is an archive support library and tool set, not a file manager. Applications should guard against unsafe paths, very large extracted data, and untrusted compressed content.
