RAW photos from digital cameras can be read inside Windows-targeted photo editors, importers, and conversion tools. Developers use LibRaw to handle formats such as CRW/CR2, NEF, RAF, DNG, and many others.
It is an image-decoding library, not a photo editor. RAW handling can expose private image metadata, so applications should treat imported files and EXIF data carefully.
