KaOS Plasma desktops can use a complete look-and-feel theme to change the visual style of the workspace. This package supplies Plasma 6 theme files for users who want the Midna appearance.
It is desktop theme content, not an app. Apply it through KDE Plasma appearance settings, and expect it to affect panels, colors, widgets, and related visual elements.
