Small audio edits can be handled quickly without a full studio application. This Git version of the GTK editor is useful for trimming, inspecting, and making straightforward changes to audio files while following newer upstream code.
It is a graphical app for direct file editing, so keep backups before changing recordings you cannot replace. Development builds may change behavior more often than stable releases.
