Several mount points can be combined into one FUSE-backed filesystem view. It helps users present multiple disks or directories as a single location for media libraries, archives, or storage pools.
Combined filesystems make write placement and free-space behavior important. Test with noncritical data first and keep backups outside the combined mount.
